I'm so in love with pieces that are simple but screams sophistication. This mint cozy coat from Monki is one of the bests I've wore. Its shape is just plain perfection that I would want to own it in different shades, textures and prints. It's light-weight and perfect for HK's quite moody weather.

PART IV | FW'14 STYLE SERIES

Hey, it's the final round of the FW'14 Style Series - again, last but never the least. This time, I am joined with my blogger friend - the super gorge and fun, Karen Chiang of helloabella.com.

PART III | FW'14 Style Series

Simplicity with a statement detail for this outfit that could go from day to night. I love how the sweater's detail is all over it but still doesn't look too much. It works as a statement for the whole outfit that it's not even necessary to add on too much accessories. I can even imagine this with an oversized plain, dark colored scarf for a more chilly weather.

PART II | FW'14 Style Series

On for the 2nd part of the FW'14 Style Series, which I must say is my favorite look for this series. It's comfy, kinda laid-back and still chic. A combo of two ~~from many~~ of my favorite pieces: plain black over alls and a long printed kimono to add a statement that's not too flashy. Plus, the dark shades for the makeup that Ana used added an edgy feel.

We're feeling a little cold breeze already here in HK and it's just about time for another style series for fall/winter and this time, it's a collaboration with two of HK's bests - woohoo! - my favorite Frenchies, MARION TESSIER (Photographer) and ANA DARMON (Makeup Artist). This week has been pretty exciting and crazy. Exciting because there's a lot of things happening, it's overwhelming - in a good way - and crazy because my schedule is quite messed up (my planner has been really handy), but I still get to get things done and I'm pretty proud of myself because of that *wink*…

The weather is getting colder and colder and all I want to do is to be in my comfy pj's and just be in my bed all day everyday… but of course, that's not even possible. I'm trying to keep my self busy so days would pass by a little bit faster. I'm excited 'cause me and my family will be celebrating Christmas and NY in the Philippines.

Monki AW13 #OOTD Series Part 4

I know this MONKI #OOTDSeries is coming to an end so I saved my most favorite look for last. As you know (if you don't, well now you know. hehe), I'm a huge sucker of black, white and grey. It's simple, sophisticated, edgy and comfy at the same time. I made sure that for this series, I would be doing at least two black & white looks - part 3 and this.

On for the third look - kinda classic but still chic with black and white. To pull it off with a twist, go for some patterned pieces. In this look, I went for checked top and striped denim pants. I love how slouchy the top is. It adds flair and a feel of sophistication to the outfit.

Monki AW13 #OOTD Series Part 1

I don't know with you guys, but I have been obsessing over Monki the past who-knows-when. And to show my love for the brand, I've styled and shoot couple of outfits from its amazing AW13 collection. Also, taking advantage of weather or should I say it's good excuse to wear all these. Because you know, the transition from Fall to Winter season is one of best excuses to dress up and down.

I guess it's been more than 2 or 3 weeks since I got the vest, but it's been seasons since I've been wanting to have one. Luckily, the ever amazing Monki had it when I last went to its store. I didn't had a second thought of getting it. A wardrobe must-have, indeed. It's timeless and could be worn from season to season. Gotta do a 'how to wear plaid vest in different ways/season' post soon, I promise! :)

Finally, finally, a new outfit post after those eventful weeks that went by.

So here's the thing, I have been wanting to change my blog name for the last couple of months. It took me that long to decide the name that would perfectly describe my kind of vibe. The new blog name will happen within this year so make sure to watch out for it. Plus, I will be pimping the whole blog theme too - so excited for this!

Around two months ago I have been in search for a perfect pair of boots to replace the old one. Just right in time while the sister and I were strolling around Langham Place and happen to be in Monki store, my ever loving H&M boots, which have been with me for about two years now, finally surrendered. This pair on the other hand, waved at me as we walk into the store.
